Cancellation Policy
We request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation of service to avoid a late cancellation fee. Those cancelling with less than 24 hours notice or "no showing" may be required to pay up to 50% of the cost of the missed service in order to continue booking with us. In the future you may also be asked to put down a deposit to hold an appointment spot.
Late Arrivals
We request you call the salon as soon as possible if you know or suspect you are going to be late for your scheduled appointment. If you are more than five minutes late your appointment may be modified to fit into the scheduled time slot. If you are more than ten minutes late your appointment may be cancelled and rescheduled. In the event of cancellation due late arrival, you may be asked to pay the no show fee in order to book another appointment.
Services
We do not offer refunds for our services. If you are unhappy with a service we absolutely want to make you happy. In the event that you are unhappy with a service, we will offer a redo within seven days of your original service. All service redos must be approved by management.
Products
Buying a product from a salon means your happiness is guaranteed. Unopened products or tools can be exchanged or refunded within seven days. Between seven and fourteen days we offer credit or exchange. If the product or tool has been opened, we offer exchange or credit within seven days of purchase.
Pets
We are sorry that we cannot allow our four legged friends in the salon. Missouri State Board of Cosmetology prohibits animals from anywhere in the salon. Service animals, of course, are always an exception.
